BELLFAB Return Policy

At BELLFAB, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or modified products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  • Items purchased on clearance or as final sale.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@bellfabrication.com or call 541-546-4260 to initiate a return. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include your order details in your shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned items that are not defective or returned due to buyer’s remorse.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
